RDR Promotions and Art of War held
their first joint boxing event, Rumble Ready 1, at the Valley Forge
Casino. The night featured a mix of local fighters, debuts,
veterans, and exciting non-stop action from start to finish.
DYLAN
PRICE TKO1 SHARONE CARTER (1:39)
Main Event – Super
Bantamweight Bout - 8 Rounds
Dylan Price closed the show quickly with a
big right hook that dropped Sharone Carter in the first round.
Carter, St. Louis, MO, beat the count, but Eric Dali stopped the
fight at 1:39, giving Price, Sicklerville, NJ, the first-round TKO.
Price: 20-1-0, 1 ND, 14 KOs / Carter: 14-15-1, 3 KOs.


ZED MONTANEZ W4 TRAVIS FLOYD
(Majority Decision)
Co-Main Event – Super Welterweight Bout - 4 Rounds
Zed Montanez, from Philadelphia, controlled most of the exchanges,
using clean counters and good timing. Floyd, Douglasville, GA, had
his moments, but Montanez did enough to earn a majority decision on
the scorecards. Referee: Shawn Clark Montanez: 1-0-0, 0
KOs / Floyd: 4-16-2, 1 KO.


ERRON PETERSON TKO2 CHRIS THOMPSON
(3:00) Middleweight
Bout - 8 Rounds
Philadelphia southpaw
Peterson scored a knockdown in the first
round and kept the pressure on. Thompson, Kansas City, MO,
couldn’t continue after the second round, giving Peterson a TKO win
at the 3:00 mark of Round 2. Referee: Eric Dali
Peterson: 13-0-1, 12 KOs / Thompson: 9-4-0, 6 KOs.


DEVIN PRICE W6 WILL PARRA SMITH
(Unanimous Decision)
Super Lightweight Bout - 6 Rounds
Philadelphian
Price boxed smart and used movement to
control the fight. Smith, Anchorage, AK, stayed aggressive and
looked for power shots, but Price stayed composed and outworked him
in most rounds. Price won by unanimous decision. Referee:
Shawn Clark Price: 6-1-0, 4 KOs / Smith: 4-18-1, 3 KOs.



FRANCIS KUBACH KO2 JULIUS WHITSETT

Middleweight Bout - 4 Rounds
Whitsett, Spring Lake, NC, scored a
knockdown in the first round with a wild right hand, but Kubach,
Philadelphia, came back strong. In his pro debut, Kubach landed a
big shot early in Round 2 to score a knockout at 1:08. Referee:
Eric Dali Kubach: 1-0-0, 1 KO / Whitsett: 1-3-0, 1 KO.




WILL MARTINEZ W4 SAMMY SANCHEZ
(Unanimous Decision) OG Championship (195 lb Catchweight) -
4 Rounds
Will Martinez, 45, and Sammy
Sanchez, 52, put on a hard-hitting fight for the "OG Championship."
Martinez, Philadelphia, scored a knockdown early and controlled most
of the rounds, but Sanchez, also of Philadelphia, landed several
heavy shots of his own. Both men traded punches to the end, but
Martinez took the unanimous decision win and the OG belt.

RASHAN ADAMS WTD5 JUAN CARLOS
BLANDON (Unanimous Technical Decision)
Super Featherweight Bout

"Torch"
Adams, Philadelphia, came forward the
entire fight, going to the body and forcing Blandon, Managua, NIC,
to fight on the back foot. Blandon landed several good flurries and
made it competitive. The fight ended early due to an accidental
headbutt and went to the scorecards. Adams won by unanimous decision
after five rounds. Referee: Eric Dali Adams: 11-1-0, 6 KOs /
Blandon: 10-25-4, 1 NC, 2 KOs.



SHERA MAE PATRICIO TKO4 RANDEE LYNN
MORALES (1:43)
Bantamweight Bout - 6 Rounds
Shera Mae Patricio, from Waianae, Hawaii,
kept her undefeated record with another strong win. She applied
pressure early, and Morales, Rio Rancho, NM, had trouble keeping her
off. After nearly being stopped in the third, Morales couldn’t
survive the fourth round. Referee Shawn Clark stopped the fight at
1:43 of Round four. Patricio: 6-0-0, 3 KOs / Morales: 5-7-0, 1
NC, 3 KOs.



SHAWN MCCALMAN W8 AARON CASPER
(Unanimous Decision)
Super Middleweight Bout - 8
Rounds
McCalman, Aurora, CO, started strong by
boxing on the outside, while Casper, Augusta, GA, tried to close the
distance. Casper’s pressure worked for a while, but McCalman’s body
shots and uppercuts took control in the later rounds. Both men
traded heavily in the final round, but McCalman’s cleaner work
earned him the unanimous decision. Referee: Eric Dali
McCalman: 17-1-0, 8 KOs / Casper: 9-12-2, 5 KOs.

action with strong performances from local and visiting fighters.
RDR Promotions and Art of War’s first joint event was a success,
setting the stage for more shows to come at Valley Forge Casino.
