ROSADO GETTING READY FOR NEXT WEEK'S ATLANTIC CITY FIGHT

Junior middleweight Gabriel Rosado has one week to go before his 10-round main event with Allen Conyers in Atlantic City. Thursday (07/07) was his next-to-last sparing day. He did eight hard rounds with Danny Garcia at the Harrowgate Boxing Club, and ran through his usual harrowing workout with trainer Billy Briscoe. Like Victor Vasquez, Briscoe now has Rosado using a gas mask to boost his lung capacity. In addition to the extra wind the mask helps to build, it also helps combat the fragrance of the typical boxing gym. Check out the photos.
